What is Fare Capping?

With fare capping, a rider will never be charged more than a Day Pass in a given calendar day, regardless of how many trips/taps they make.

Likewise, a rider will never be charged more than a Month Pass regardless of the number of trips/taps in a calendar month.

You will be able to track your progress toward a Day or Month Pass on your app or online account.

What is a backup payment and a split payment?

A backup payment is the payment method that will be used if the primary payment method fails to be charged.

A split payment is an additional payment method. The autoload will charge the primary and the split payment(s) together for the amount you enter for each.
